What is a professional DJ? A professional San Diego DJ does not just play music; I do event planning with you, announce all your events, and coordinate with your caterer and photographer for a smooth running event. I act as part of a team with the goal being the perfect event. A professional DJ will dress appropriately, show up on time, and will not drink or smoke at your event. I can "read" a crowd and pick appropriate music for your guests, and of course I welcome your requests.

With over 15 years experience, Pam's Productions DJ's not only emcees your event, but can also give you advice based on my experience.  I will offer my opinion and recommend what I think will work best, but it's still your wedding reception or party; what YOU want is the top priority. It is not unusual for me to cue wedding processions, fill time when a photographer has a technical problem, and I always check with the caterer before I announce dinner.

Pam's Productions DJ's knows you are the star of the show - not the DJ. It's your celebration; I just want to make it as fun as I can. Since most of my business is based on referrals, it's in my best interest to make you happy.

No two events are exactly alike. Pam's Productions DJ's takes the time to listen to what you want and what you do not want, ensuring that your event is tailored to your needs.  I specialize in personalized service, unlike a big company you won't get lost in the shuffle, and I never use subcontractors.
